How the proof works
For custom work, you send your photograph or artwork after ordering. We build a mockup showing how the image sits on the piece and email it back within one business day. Nothing is pressed until you approve it, and if the proof is wrong we rebuild it at no charge.
Stock designs skip this step and go straight into the next batch.
Materials and care
Materials and care
Anodized aluminum with a polymer coating, in gloss or matte. The dye is transferred into that coating under heat and pressure, so the image is part of the surface rather than a layer on top of it. There is no film or laminate that can peel or flake off.
Wipe with a dry cloth. Avoid solvents and abrasive cleaners, which can dull the coating itself.
Shipping and remakes
Custom pieces are pressed in the next production batch after you approve the proof, and ship within three to five business days. Everything is inspected against the order sheet before it is packed.
If something arrives damaged, send a photograph and the replacement goes into the next batch. No return needed.
